The palate is rich and harmonious with velvety tannins and a long finish. 50. Marques de Riscal Reserva, Bodegas Marques de Riscal Marked by the distinctive classic vanilla and oaky aroma with ripe, rich fruit flavours. St. Emilion, Baron Philippe de Rothschild Well developed bouquet, lots of weighty fruit with spice and peppery overtones a full, velvety, sensuous wine with a complex structure and with aromas of ripe raspberries and a lingering finish. 59. Beaujolais Villages – Domaine de Joye, Louis Tete This wine has a soft bouquet with ripe raspberry fruitiness – the palate is clean and rounded with distinct berry fruits.           60. Nuits St. Georges – Première Cru, Château Gris A magnificent warm aroma of rich blackcurrants and dark chocolate with a glowing ruby colour. Châteauneuf du Pape, Château de Beaucastel A powerful, intense, complex wine with layers of fruit. Margaux - 4ème Cru Class, Château Marquis de Terme Deep ruby coloured wine with garnet rim. Intense bouquet of mature autumn berry fruits, blackberries, damsons and cassis. Full-bodied with an elegant structure with firm, assertive tannins well integrated into the fruit with a smooth, lingering finish. 66. Château Lamothe Bergeron, Haut-Medoc, Cru Bourgeois This superb wine has a rich colour and velvety blackcurrant depth that is accentuated by a distinct oak complexity with mild, smooth tannins, balanced acidity and lots of weighty fruit with a lingering finish. 67. St. Estèphe, La Dame de Montrose     Richly flavoured with layers of jammy fruits and marked by excellent integration of oak and fruit, a wine marked with a wonderfully complex palate, a fine structure and great length. 68. Pauillac – 5ème Cru Class, é Château Grand-Puy Ducasse A concentrated wine with a dark garnet colour and deep rim, combining cigar box aromas with rich blackcurrant and cassis. The palate is rich and robust with delicious blackcurrant flavours and complex layers of fruit and a tightly knit structure with velvety smooth tannins and a powerful back palate. Half Bottle 69. Cabernet Sauvignon - Yellow Label, Wolf Blass Ten months maturation in French oak impart a rich, smooth flavour to this fruit-driven wine which is vivid and full, with a lingering finish. 70. La Chasse du Pape – Côtes du Rhône, Gabriel Meffre A ruby red wine with a warm, almost toasted aroma, overlaid with ripe juicy fruit. The round, warm, big ripe fruit taste has a slightly coffee and tannic complexity.    Rose       71. Fetzer Syrah Rosé – Valley Oaks Rich and fruity, with a ruby colour, the Syrah adds layers of sweet young fruit flavours. The palate shows a youthful style with just a slight peppery edge. This wine tastes of summer – warm, sensual and fruity. Dessert Wine 72. Muscat de Beaumes de Venise, Pierre Perrin (Half Bottle) An excellent dessert wine with aromas of apricots and lychees. It is rich and sweet, though well balanced. Ideal with fresh fruit. Champagne 73. Moët Chandon – Brut Imperial This is a full, elegant champagne that is not too dry and well balanced with fruity aromas – the perfect accompaniment to any occasion.  74. J.M. Gremillet, J.M. Gremillet Fresh and lively with delicious rounded fruits and a crisp, clean finish.
